A service for families
AI-Koma Kids lets you create personalised picture books for children aged 3 to 12. Accounts are reserved for adults: only a parent or legal guardian of full age can sign up, buy credits and create books. The child has no account; they choose their story together with their parent. No photo, no free text and no child profile are requested: a book is composed only from closed choices, with, at most, the child’s first name and age range. The rules of use are described in the terms and conditions.
Content generated by artificial intelligence
The stories are written by an OpenAI language model and the illustrations are drawn by the fal.ai service, from original characters created by AI-Koma Kids; the optional reading voice is generated by artificial intelligence. This content does not depict any real person. The text goes through automated moderation suited to children and the images go through the provider’s safety filter before being shown; a mistake remains possible, and any unsuitable content can be reported to us. Every book states that it was generated by artificial intelligence, on its last page and in the PDF properties.
Reporting content or a problem
Single point of contact, for users and for authorities (EU Digital Services Act, art. 11 and 12), in French or English: contact@aikomakids.com. To report content you consider unsuitable or illegal, give the book or page concerned, the reason and your contact details. We acknowledge receipt and a person reviews every report as soon as possible.
Consumer mediation
If a dispute is not resolved after a written complaint to our customer service (contact@aikomakids.com), you may refer it free of charge to the consumer mediator we belong to: Médiation de la Consommation & Patrimoine (MCP), 12 square Desnouettes, 75015 Paris, mcpmediation.org.
Intellectual property
The AI-Koma Kids name, the interface, the website texts, its code and the catalogue characters are protected and remain the property of Florent Puccini, entrepreneur individuel (EI). The illustrations and characters shown on the website may not be copied or reused without our written consent: write to us at contact@aikomakids.com. The use of the books created by families is described in the terms and conditions.
